CCHC is a volunteer group who represent all residents in Chaves County. We meet at least once a month to communicate, network, collaborate, and implement approaches to improving and promoting for the physical, mental, and social well-being of all people in Chaves County.

Chaves County Health Expo
The Chaves County Health Expo is the largest health and resource fair in Southern New Mexico. The Health Expo is an all ages event designed to encourage healthy lifestyles, prevent and manage disease and illness while connecting Chaves County residents to resources.

Chaves County 2-1-1 connects residents to local resources through one easy call. With an up-to-date database, dialing 2-1-1 links you to vital services like childcare, rent assistance, and community agencies across Chaves County.
